CSAI was a single-company chatbot. Businesses needed a scalable platform serving multiple companies across multiple messaging channels.

Rebuilt the platform as a SaaS marketplace with omni-channel AI, token subscriptions, multi-dialect Kurdish support, and a complete admin system with granular permissions.
